48. Deportation is like a life without living
Ana Laura emigrated to Chicago in search of a better life. Through the years she worked at a store, she finished high school, studied English and Computer Science. She formed a family. Despite her multiple attempts, she was never able to fix her migration status. To her, deportation has meant living life without living.
