A Venezuelan migrant left his homeland because of the government. Along the way, he witnessed a death in the river, was kidnapped, and had clashes with Mexican authorities. Now he is at the border, with his appointment to cross suspended, hoping to enter in order to invite his family to enter the US with humanitarian parole.
