Amílcar is one of many Salvadorans who were affected under the government of Guillermo. Due to the corruption and collaboration with gangs within the government of El Salvador, he migrated to Mexico in search of a better life where he has begun working in a security company and found shelter at Casa De Oracion Del Migrante.
