Roberto, who had lived and worked his whole life in the United States and was looking to regularize his situation, narrates how when beginning his paperwork he was arrested because of homonymy, after being confused with another person with the same name in another state who had a criminal record. The confusion complicated continuing the process of regularizing his migration status and he was driven to a voluntary deportation. As of now, he is in Ciudad Juarez waiting for a chance to follow up on his case before a judge.
