In the second part, Rene narrates the conditions of the Miskito population working in other countries as a result of a process of deterritorialization and the search for employment and economic opportunities. The space from which she speaks and to which she primarily refers is Costa Rica. Rene uses this second narrative to call upon activists and civil society organizations in Latin America and around the world to bring to light the systematic attacks faced by this people.
