Enrique (Mr. Tokyo) narrates how he crossed into the United States and the three times that he was detained and deported. He crossed for the first time in 1991. He recounts how it got harder to stay in the United States irregularly each time, how he was able to establish his life, and the problems that he faced for not having legal documentation and attempting to return once more after being deported.

“I finally decided to not try it….I’m going to do my life here. Things are going well right now, thank God, it’s hard…don’t even try going over there, especially right now with President Trump.”
