Víctor García narrates his experience of being a permanent resident of the United States and because of a mistake he made by drinking a beer that led him to a conflict with a person and the police were involved who falsely accused him, until he was incarcerated and lost his permanent residency and was deported. Every time he tried to cross the border then on, was arrested, he was imprisoned for up to two or three years. Víctor realizes that the they would imprisoned him for a long time because it is a business that exists in the United States of imprisoning people and keeping them imprisoned for a long time. Víctor argues that crossing the border is not a crime and decides to sue the federal system because they are doing business with migrants.
